Water soluble powder
Composition: Each 100 g contains:
gentamicin sulfate 20 g
Excipients: up to 100 g.
Indications: It is given to poultry, calves and lambs to treat bacterial infections in the
gastrointestinal tract caused by E. coli, salmonella, shigella, klebsiella, staphylococcus,
streptococcus and in the treatment of necrotic dermatitis.
Contraindications: This product should not be used in animals suffering from renal failure and should not be used in cases of hypersensitivity.
Side effects: When treating for a long time, renal failure may occur.
Drug interaction: It should not be given with polymyxins.
Usage: orally after dissolving it with drinking water.
Dosage and duration of use:
Poultry: 100 g / 200 liters of drinking water for 3 -5 days.
Calves and lambs: 3 g / 20 kg of body weight twice daily in drinking water for 3 -5 days. (30 mg active ingredient/kg body weight)
Withdrawal period: Meat and eggs: 5 days
Other warnings: – Not given to large ruminants.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry and dark place at 30°C
