Oral solution
Composition: Each 1 ml contains:
Tilmicosine phosphate 250 mg.
Excipients: up to 1 ml.
Indications: It is used in poultry to treat respiratory diseases caused
by Mycoplasma gallicipticum, Mycoplasma synoviae, Pasteurella
Multocida, Ornithobacterium, rhinotrcheally, and other
bacteria sensitive to tilmicosin.
Contraindications:
Not for ruminant animals and horses.
Side effects: Sometimes a transient decrease in water intake has been
observed when treated with Tilmicosine.
Drug interaction: It should not be given concomitantly with other
macrolides or lincomycin.
Usage: Orally, after dissolving it with drinking water.
Dosage and duration of use:
60ml / 200 liters of drinking water for three consecutive days.
Given when receiving chicks, and at the beginning of the fourth week
of life.
It can be given at a later time if the bird is exposed to stress or other
diseases, and at the same dose for 24- 48 hours.
Withdrawal period: Meat: 12 days.
Other warnings: Direct contact with the skin should be avoided.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry and dark place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
